When my car dashboard sends me a picture message saying I'm not familiar with it, all I have to do is plug this kid into the dashboard and see the numbers it sends me, look in the book and see, what it is matter. Then I know if I can fix it myself or if I have to take it to the store. When I go to the store, they don't know I have it either. So if they get me going I know I have to call them and go to another store! One day when I first got the car it gave me a signal so I drove it to Auto Pro in Milton Florida and the guys there are VERY honest. They asked if I had been gasping for air lately. I didn't know what that had to do with it, but I said yes. He asked me to come out to my car and showed me that if I close the gas cap I have to twist it until I hear a few "clicks" and I don't get the hat message anymore! Keep it up guys and thanks!
