I really liked the product at first, it looks brand new and fits perfectly! However, if you need product support from the seller, you should think about it yourself. I was trying to register my device because a simple connection wouldn't work and because the driver's daily screen mirroring was the main reason I wanted this item and it doesn't even work. It's a shame because I really like the device when it works properly. I'm getting a refund. UPDATE: Weeks and weeks later I've received my full refund, still no ONE word from the seller on what appears to be an isolated issue with Easy Connection not showing up because the product/software is 'unregistered' is, sellers must be accountable for the products they sell on Revain. Customers rely on Amazon to carefully screen sellers to provide excellent customer support.
