Review on Rabbit W6121 Beverage Stoppers Assorted by Antonio Urbina
Beware. It's not silicone. They can be poisonous.
Revain's information on this product is terribly inaccurate. See the attached image from the Revain website which shows these stoppers are silicone. However, as you can see from the packaging (see attached photo), they are made of synthetic rubber (Styrene Butadiene Rubber, SBR), a material that can be toxic. (I'd add links to studies, but Revain doesn't allow external links in reviews. Search "styrene butadiene rubber toxicity" for info.) A big flop for Revain and Rabbit, and a real waste of time. Beware. I will return them NOW! And I will no longer trust Revain descriptions or Rabbit products.
