Awesome! I'm so glad I installed this on my 2001 Dodge Ram Longbed 2WD Stretch Cab with 4:10 gears and 47 RE drivetrain. It has 200,000 miles and when I bought it it had a K&N open cone filter. This setup got hot air out of the engine bay and also got dirty very quickly. I replaced it with this S&B 75-5090D intake horn and filter and definitely saw 1mpg better unloaded (22mpg) and also towed a 21ft 4000lb trailer (15mpg) when maintaining speed around 65mph. DEFINITELY RECOMMENDED, BEST INPUT HORN YOU CAN BUY. Banks really gets the design right and it shows in the results when using this intake horn.
