Delivery was quick, typical bank quality. I was annoyed that all the small parts were scattered in the shipping box, luckily they were all there. Fits straight onto my Cummins 01 24v. The only inconsistency was the ground strap for the grid heater, it had to be moved or lengthened and the parts were dangling in the box otherwise it would have been 5 stars.

. Definitely double my standard shot. Setting a deeper, more breathy tone when idle. like me, the roaring tiger. Ease of installation. If you want the best entry I recommend banks as do you. Yes, it's not cheap, but no one ever said the quality was.

So my friend bought a new truck and I decided to decorate the engine bay of my old truck with it. Easy installation, took about an hour and replacement. The only annoying thing is that you have to find both metric and standard tools without being sure why they went with a mix of 10mm and 1/2" fasteners. The engine sounds quieter, less lift at the same speeds, lower eg. Same performance with less boost - pretty amazing. Buy it and you will not regret it, besides it looks very impressive.

Awesome! I'm so glad I installed this on my 2001 Dodge Ram Longbed 2WD Stretch Cab with 4:10 gears and 47 RE drivetrain. It has 200,000 miles and when I bought it it had a K&N open cone filter. This setup got hot air out of the engine bay and also got dirty very quickly. I replaced it with this S&B 75-5090D intake horn and filter and definitely saw 1mpg better unloaded (22mpg) and also towed a 21ft 4000lb trailer (15mpg) when maintaining speed around 65mph. A very noticeable difference to the truck. I'm pulling hard at my 2500-13000lbs and my egt will stay in the 1200-1300 range all the time, now I'm getting into the 800-1000lbs range. Fuel consumption increased from 18mpg to 21mpg without a trailer and by 2mpg with a trailer. Noticed less boost than stock but that's only due to the higher flow in the system. I recently installed Banks 3 inch High Ram and Banks Bighead. At first I was a bit disappointed because I couldn't tell a big difference.
