I had an upcoming trip to Europe and wanted a new travel adapter. I already have a few cheap "cube" adapters and wanted something more reliable and versatile. I really enjoyed using this adapter in different European countries. Here are the highlights: Pros: • The device itself is solid and the way each connector type slides into the back of the device with a satisfying "click" is much better than the jittery "pop out" -Plug type other travel adapters • I like how it is, tells you when you are plugged into 220v so you know the current. • 2 USB chargers and an optional micro USB charger were a good choice - I was able to charge my iPhone X, Apple Watch and Anker Slim Powercore Backup at the same time. Battery. • If you really want it, you can use it as a regular power adapter when not traveling abroad (for other countries, you can do the same with your country's plug type as it comes with a standard US/North American plug). ).• I liked how all of this could be pulled into the holdall that comes with the kit. Cons: • Depending on how many countries you travel to / what plug types you need, it's not as compact as all-in-one adapters, but for most trips you only need one or two separate plug types, this isn't a problem. • I like how snugly the plug itself fits into the back of the device (that nice click mentioned above), but sometimes it can be difficult to remove the plug adapter and replace with another. (or remove completely for packing). But I'd rather have that problem than a plug that doesn't fit well and doesn't fit. Overall, I recommend this as the most versatile and reliable travel adapter I've ever used.
