The brass insert fell out!
The brass insert that makes the connection to the fuel line was barely pressed into the aluminum housing. As I tightened the cord clamp, I noticed that the insert rotated a bit. When I went to remove the fuel line, an insert came out instead! Low quality. Molding is much thinner than OEM.
