Review on ๐Ÿ–จ๏ธ Enhanced Precision Printer Filament for Accurate 3D Prints by Sean Patel

Revainrating 1 out of 5

Very fragile parts with low strength at any temperature.

This filament offers a nice color and finish, but when printing at temperatures between 195 and 260 degrees Celsius on 4 separate printers up to 75% coverage with built-in filament dryer, plus with a heated dry box that houses the coil during printing, the result is a very fragile and flimsy part. I've currently tested most of their colors and got the same poor results for all of them. The layers just don't connect like they should. This PLA just has no strength, and PLA needs to be much stronger than what this filament produces. I doubt it's even PLA because it just doesn't behave like PLA should. The quality of this thermoplastic is really very poor apart from the attractive colors offered by this company. I really wish this company would fix this because they have some really great colors to choose from. But even the most beautiful colors don't matter if the final print is always weak and crumbly, easily crumbled in your hands. I will stop looking for discounts and stick with trusted brands like HatchBox, Overture, 3D Solutech, Revain Basics, etc. There are many good brands to trust, but this company just isn't one of them.

Pros
  • Filament with high PLA printer compatibility
Cons
  • No automatic printing
