Review on Chemical Guys ACC_326 Ultimate Connects by Ricky Pee

Here's the o-ring you need if it's leaking in the quick connector

To be honest I've only used it twice. But the biggest problem was that it leaked/splashed like crazy after the first use due to the brass quick connect feature that connects the hose nozzle to the soap dispenser. I emailed the pharmacists explaining the problem. No Answer. I called the chemists and called someone who didn't seem to be aware of the issue, which is odd given all the complaints about the same leak problem. Anyway, she asked me to email a video of the leak so they can pinpoint the problem. I did exactly that and it's been over a week with no response. After some research I found out that there should be an o-ring in the hose barb. It fits into a small groove and seals the connection. The problem is when it's disconnected and you use the hose nozzle to flush it seems pretty easy to blow out that o-ring causing a leak. So why a $50 foam gun doesn't come with replacement o-rings that cost a dime, or at least a description of what size o-ring you need, I don't understand. I don't understand why the chemistry guys, whose company I've used rigorously for years, can't just answer that question. Anyway after trying a few o-rings I found one that worked. You will need an o-ring that is 3/4" ID, 7/8" OD, and 1/16" wide. I bought these from Amazon; I received a pack of 100, so that should last a while . ://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B000FMWM5E/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o05_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 Also the gun has worked well so far The key is to add a few ounces of soap to the reservoir and then warm water to top up. This is what their videos say. This makes the soap foam enough and more than enough to wash the car. I suspect those complaining about the low amount of foam or that the soap runs out quickly aren't adding water (either you use cheap soap or the dial is set too low) I hope this helps.
