Potential (and former) buyers beware. I've been using this license plate holder on my 2019 Forester for a year and a half. Today I decided to remove my number plate to clean up afterwards and was shocked and disappointed to find that the rubber mounts had permanently soiled and damaged my paintwork (photos attached). If you ever plan to change your license plate, sell your car to someone. , go to a state that doesn't require a front license plate, or just take care of your car's paint job. Do not buy this product. For information - my car is in the garage and is cleaned every two weeks. A quality product would not have caused such damage for 1.5 years. Proceed cautiously and buy another option as I should.
