I like how easy it was for me as technician or supervisor of this department to update all technicians work orders without having too much stress about time management etc. It can be used by non techs but some things seem hard such as entering new customers info into their system which should have been easier. Also not being able use multiple computers at one time when updating customer information could also improve its efficiency if we had access from home sometimes instead of just using our office computer. Keeping track of employees hours worked so they are paid correctly!
