Misleading at best. First, the coil pictured doesn't even match the one sent. More importantly, an item that says 0.9kg MUST NOT include the weight of the reel. (1kg spools weigh 1.16kg including spool). It's less than 0.9kg including the spool, which means it's more like 0.5kg of filament storage.
