Great Software For Everything That Has To Do With Product & Service Training

A lot can be said about this software, I would have liked if more features could been thought up at initial install but other then that everything works great from day one! If you are looking for something with many different functions and uses including reporting etc., knowledgebase manager is it!! We use KBM pro when doing custom work in our IT department as well as using it within my sales team to aid in project management/training materials creation /reporting. It makes managing large projects easier than having them done by hand or writing down all steps needed before starting each task which will help everyone understand what they actually need do next better since we've already outlined things previously (rather easily). Knowledgebase manager is very easy to use and has many features that help us get things done in the shortest time possible. It also allows for customization, which makes it more user friendly. I haven't found anything I dislike about knowledge base manager. The only thing I'd like to point out is how quickly it can be used. We have been able to process tickets quicker than ever before with this software.
