Great Software For Everything That Has To Do With Product & Service Training

A lot can be said about this software, I would have liked if more features could been thought up at initial install but other then that everything works great from day one! The ability to track customer issues and resolve them quickly. The ability to do in house troubleshooting across our entire customer base of over 3 million. Great Knowledge Base Platform For Small Businesses

The knowledge base is very detailed, which makes it easy for users to find information quickly without having to search through pages or books. It's also great that you can upload files directly from other programs like Word documents, PDFs etc. This has been my favorite part about KBMP so far!
