The taste is just awful, felt like a fire in the trash can

Doesn't look like sweet tea, mixed looks like cloudy water. I made two spoons. Directions said to take one. The peak of my workout was great, but then I got sick, had to get an injection, shower and go to bed. I felt terrible. I like this brand but I wouldn't recommend it. It also doesn't look like sweet tea, sort of, but not exactly.
