I recently bought a 2005 STI and guess what it took to do the brakes now. I looked at various high performance options and decided to try them. I wanted a course that would be good on the road but also allow me to autocross for fun. The pads fit perfectly and have proven themselves on the road so far. I've read some reviews that these pods are dustier than some other pods, which is to be expected from high-performance pods, and I haven't experienced anything out of the ordinary with my machine. I was disappointed that the skid plates were not included. Make sure you keep those from the old pads and apply them with a small amount of lube contained between the back of the pad and the plate, plate and caliper. And they are very quiet, nothing creaks.
