Promotes sleep and general mood.

I've been using the Serotonic II for probably 25 years! I started taking it when my teenage daughter's therapist told me I needed to whiten and she suggested this product. I started taking it before bed and found myself sleeping well for the first 3-4 hours. In general, I can also have "brightened up”. I can't take melatonin as it's too strong for me but it works amazing.
