Well, they're wooden balls. You have it. However, roundness is not good. About a quarter of them are clearly one-sided, bumpy or flat. Only about half look "really round" when viewed. They are all clearly out of round when checked with calipers. Then there's the size. 1 inch seems to be the maximum, but they don't always equal 1 inch in any dimension. nope Many of them are significantly smaller. Finally, there is the coloring behavior. They just don't accept stains in an attractive way. I understand it would take a lot more effort to cut them consistently with a symmetrical grain pattern and that may not be feasible at this price point, but you should know that very few of them (maybe one in five) are colored really well look.
