I saw this watermelon slice and realized that it is a must have for me! I love new kitchen gadgets and this one was right up my alley. I'm an avid watermelon lover every season and dream of using something other than a tiny ball of melon or an old-fashioned knife to make smaller pieces that are easier to transport and share. I was suddenly seeing them everywhere and couldn't wait to get one for myself! It arrived quickly after my order and the packaging of the product was perfect. Luckily, although the picture on the box shows an all-metal device, it has a green rubberized finish on the grip, as shown when purchasing it online. Eleven bucks seems a bit high for such a simple kitchen tool, but I think it's worth it so far. I went straight to the supermarket after work and got a watermelon when my husband texted me that it was delivered. I've only used this for half of my new watermelon so far and it was super easy! I could get to the crust exactly where I wanted and not make the usual mess. I'm still a clumsy person so I always find a way to spill and drop things, but at least it was better than usual! I'm thinking of buying more of these as adult stockings for my favorite women. I got a discount on this product for my really honest opinion and feedback on it.
