Sharp knives, happy cook.
Awkward to use and requires practice to maintain the correct 20 degree angle. Regardless, it serves its purpose. I recommend practicing with an old garage knife for a few days before trying it on your gold knives. I am very happy with this item and would recommend it to anyone who knows how to use it and/or anyone who will start learning it after some time. Your knives will work better and you will be happier in your kitchen.
