Has stood until yesterday. Set it up and it's good. There was an old one with a cardboard back which was really annoying. It is velcro and the best material. Still not perfect. The carpet itself has come loose from the device (bad glue) and the return ball sticks too often. It's great when it really works and returns the ball. Also, the description says there are no batteries, but it should be clear that these need to be plugged in. There's no way to hide the cable underneath as there's no notch, and that will also raise the base a bit.
