Review on Hertz DCX 165 3 60 Watt Speakers by Tingate Skrbec

After only a few months of use these speakers fell apart. The sound was good while they lasted, but after 6 months I started hearing crackling. Eventually it got so bad that I removed it and found the diaphragm was torn/separated from the suspension material. One completed it and the other started. I have emailed Hertz several times but have not received a reply. I took it to a local store and they told me it was their custom. I would pay the difference for a better Hertz if they answered emails but I don't think Hertz is the same company I've come to love over the years. They failed miserably in customer service.
