It is extremely easy for our team of marketers to use as they are familiar with Salesforce CRM.

They have an incredible customer service department that helps you solve your issues quickly! I wish there was more functionality in one view like we were able to do before but now it's split up into 3 different views which can be confusing at times. We used this tool primarily for account data and reporting purposes; however, its capabilities also allowed us to create custom reports from multiple sources within Salesforce including Campaign Builder and Journey Builder.
