An intuitive marketing cloud software

It is extremely easy for our team of marketers to use as they are familiar with Salesforce CRM. They have an incredible customer service department that helps you solve your issues quickly! I wish there was more functionality in one view like we were able to do before but now it's split up into 3 different views which can be confusing at times. Userfriendly experience wthout many features

I like all three dashboards that are provided by this software (the overall dashboard is great too). It's very user friendly with its intuitive design & feature set which helps us quickly understand our data points in short span of time without going through any training or manuals/guides etc.. There seems not much difference between one report vs another so it can be quite confusing sometimes while using them at once as well especially when there isn't enough space left for new reports!   • The most important thing to me was how convenient everything seemed, easy interface makes things easier than usual.The 3D bar chart view made understanding results visually more appealing unlike old school pie charts ,which were difficult even then due lack off spaces available;) Also i liked seeing numbers next up my business plan instead

Great way tracking conversions, opens and clicks

I like that we can see what is working for our clients by pulling in all of their data from our CRM system into one place so it's easy to do follow up calls or emails with them as well! We've been able to track everything since day 1! There are some things about FCI where you have to jump through hoops if your client isn't using other platforms (like HubSpot) but they're always looking at ways improve those areas too. It would be nice to just click'send' instead of having to go back an forth…
