I like that we can see what is working for our clients by pulling in all of their data from our CRM system into one place so it's easy to do follow up calls or emails with them as well! We've been able to track everything since day 1! There are some things about FCI where you have to jump through hoops if your client isn't using other platforms (like HubSpot) but they're always looking at ways improve those areas too. It would be nice to just click'send' instead of having to go back an forth between different systems when sending out email campaigns. If someone wants to know how many people clicked thru vs opened vs converted etc then this tool has saved us time & money over multiple years now.
