I like that it is easy to use, very customizable as well! It has helped us keep track of all our policies in one place which makes life so much easier for my team members who are responsible for writing them up.

The only thing we don't love about this software is how long it takes to load after logging into your account (sometimes hours). We have been able to create many different types of documents with ease using this tool. Plus there's nothing better than having everything you need right at your fingertips when creating new documentation or updating old ones.
