I like that it's very easy to use, all of our systems are integrated with this software so we don't have any issues keeping track or seeing what is happening in one area from another. It does not integrate well into other tools for us such as Salesforce which makes life difficult when trying to keep up-to date but also see everything together at once. I like that it is easy to use, very customizable as well! It has helped us keep track of all our policies in one place which makes life so much easier for my team members who are responsible for writing them up. The only thing we don't love about this software is how long it takes to load after logging into your account (sometimes hours).
