I am only posting this because I have noticed a significant difference between taking the 750 mg dose and half the dose. A lower dose promotes sleep onset and longer sleep. the higher dose is strangely stimulating. I just pour half a capsule onto my tongue (tastes good) and take the rest the next night. If this doesn't work for you, try half a capsule or less. I only use it to improve sleep and cannot confirm other aspects. I didn't notice any other effects. I don't want people to miss out on this wonderful supplement because of this dosage anomaly. This is the only thing that works for me other than prescription drugs like Ambien and you should not take Ambien for a long period of time.
