Review on Alert Cascade by Chris Chincuanco

I like that you can create different types of alerts (e-mail notifications or texts) with one system which is great for our business! It's easy enough for employees who are new at their job position but not so much when it comes time for more experienced staff members/employees who have been in your organization longer than they should be allowed access as well. The interface could use some work - there aren't many options available if someone needs help creating an alert type other then what was originally provided by default upon sign up. We needed something simple where we didn’t want people spending too long figuring out how things worked because once again this isn’t designed very intuitively nor does it provide any kind of tutorial guide explaining exactly how everything works together. This allows us all to pull information quickly without having anyone spend hours trying figure stuff out themselves so everyone benefits even though most users.
