Excellent blades for cutting through bone

These blades are food safe which is hard to find, they worked great when cutting through bone on the steer I was butchering. Biggest concern is assuring no bone fragments end up in the ground meat, these blades are strong enough to cut through bone yet fine enough not to cause the bone to shatter allowing the risk of small bone fragments to get in your meat.
