The ease to use this system has been outstanding! With our new implementation we were able pull all data into one place via Excel spreadsheets which was not ideal at best but manageable with some workarounds (for example using macros). Now through it's web interface everything can be managed much more efficiently than before - no need or desire now in having multiple systems open simultaneously as you could do previously when managing several different locations/departments throughout your organization from just 1 location itself.
