The metal ratchet turns in the plastic key. Unusable
This key arrived on time and looked great until it was time to use it for the first time. In the center is a 3/8" metal ratchet. This metal fitting is housed in a plastic wrench. The metal fitting will slip inside the plastic wrench and therefore cannot be used to apply any significant torque to the fuel filter. It renders the pretty plastic wrench useless.
