The service is very easy-to use with great customer support! I love that they have multiple ways in which one can access their database (API key & subscription). They also offer many different types/colors of reports as well as more advanced ones such as pivot tables etc. If there's anything about this product i dislike - its not really any thing specific but just how much competition exists out here nowadays within each niche area. This makes pricing difficult sometimes because if your looking into something simple like an email list or basic report then others may be able compare prices easily whereas when doing complex workflows things become trickier. Get them all!! You'll find yourself using several services out side PDL from time to time so having everything under ONE roof helps keep costs down overall AND gives me peace knowing my info will always stay up to date.
