I had a pretty bad experience with the BioBidet BB-1000 - lots of repairs, poor quality etc so I ended up throwing it away and buying this one as a replacement. Come and discover that this is exactly a clone of another, but a few hundred dollars more expensive. I've already installed it so can't return it, but I feel burnt because it's weak too. The BioBidet remote control works great with the Lotus unit and even better. I assume this block will also die in 3 or 4 years after replacing the seat and cover parts several times. save your money Skip this and look for something better than this or BioBidet. The biggest downside of both is the very poor quality plastic body, seat and lid.
