A good solution but needs some improvements

We use to sell tickets and manage ticket operations. It helped us to organize ticket inventories, sales orders and manage our service contract with customers. I don't like its UI. The interface looks really old style. And as a small organization, we were unable able to train other users to use it smoothly. They have great API in order to integrate with various softwares. But sometimes when you work with it you realize that you can do more without this tool if used appropriately. My client is using their website in different countries to distribute, sell and manage his tickets. Now he is facing issues as most of his clients are abroad. So, now Nexign bss supports different languages and currencies.It also makes it easy to change from one country or currency to another. The flexibility of the platform, the support provided by the team behind it and the ability to integrate with other systems. It's not easy to find a system that can be used in multiple industries. I have been using this software since last year and i am very happy about it. I would recommend this product if you are looking for a complete package. We use the BSS for our billing system which helps us in managing the customer information and also provides them their bill easily.
