I would like to start by saying that there was a problem at the beginning of the progress. As with any good business, what matters is not that you had a problem, but how you worked to solve it. This team was great with their personal communication when we worked on it and in the end they made sure I was 100% satisfied. Well I couldn't be happier with the way they handled my issues. I will be buying more of these filters for my 2019 Audi Q7 as they earned my business with both a great product and a very competitive price compared to the OEM which was 3x the price.
