Review on 🚿 Delta T14264-BL Ashlyn Monitor 14 Series Shower Trim Only, Matte Black (Rough Not Included) by Jim Moody

Part 1: I installed this shower set in early 2016 (stainless steel). It took two weeks for the "stainless steel" to be covered with water stains. No matter how I try to get the stains out, they won't go away. And yes, I've tried everything. Part 2: It's now early 2019. The valve is leaking. And not just random drips - it flows at a constant drip rate. Three years and the valve fails? Seems sketchy to me. I would understand if the kit cost $50. On the other hand, the kit comes with a 5-year warranty. A call to Delta Support put me in touch with a real person who spoke English. When I asked them to send me a new valve and new seats, the support didn't give a damn, and after a week I already have a new valve. That makes me think this is a common request(?). If I had the opportunity to purchase another shower/bath set, I would not purchase Delta again.
