I took my old Eureka to a local shop for repairs a few years ago and the owner said it would cost $50 to repair but it's not worth the money. Instead he showed me Sebo. I liked him but almost snorted when he told me the price. After hesitating for the next 45 minutes, I finally bought it and brought it home. My wife almost croaked when I gave her the price. Hardly a week has passed since that day without someone in the family mentioning how good Sebo is. With 4 people, 3 cats and 2 dogs, there is always a lot of dirt to pick up. But our floors still look like new, because this little vacuum cleaner does everything. Two good sides: it's very easy to change the bag and filter and clean the brush and the filters really work. No more dust flying around when vacuuming. I bought this service box after owning Sebo for 3 years so I'm way late to change the filters. Nothing seemed to hurt though. And I just found out that my local store (where I bought the vacuum) sells them for less than Revain. That shouldn't surprise me as its price for a vacuum cleaner was lower than what I could find on the internet. Buy Sebo! (And buy local if you can!)
