Works as it should after a little tweaking
The drive looked fine before installation and went in with no problems. However, when I tried to eject the disc, it wouldn't eject. When I removed the metal cover from the drive, I saw that two small screws holding the front edge of the drive together were missing. I was able to use two of the five screws holding the metal cover in place to secure the front edge. I converted my PS3 and now the disc ejects!
