I got it when I converted my 6.0 PowerStroke and had to install new valves. Worked well and barely beat the price. You can definitely get something higher quality, but this was something I wanted to use once and put off for a long time, so didn't want to spend a lot of money. It's basically a large C-clamp with a screw on either side that comes with a set of adapters to attach the spring. My stock springs are 65 pounds and I had no problem, I wouldn't use them for anything extreme even though it's not that heavy. But overall a good product for the price and I'm glad I bought it.
