I have bought 3 of these units and they are good for light use. They are not as good as one would expect from a heavy door with a good spring. Being able to hang a wedge on a hinge and hold the door is great but two out of three broke after about 3 months of use this way. They are not of sufficient material for anything other than lightweight doors.
