Bought this item based on positive reviews. I'm sorry for that. It's cheaply made and has some key design flaws. The hose is flimsy and clogs when you use it for garbage collection where it connects to the real machine (because it connects at a sharp 90 degree bend). I bought the product knowing that a twenty minute battery life would probably be impractical. But what I didn't understand is that the vacuum only works at higher power, which drains the battery much faster. This gives you maybe ten minutes of cleaning before you have to charge the battery for three or four hours. I would not recommend this item at half price. I'm only giving two stars because this item is likely to do for very, very simple tasks.
