Review on BMCASE Case Management by Manuel Gfx

I like how easy it is to use this program for my day-to-day work needs. It's very user friendly with all of its features which makes me feel comfortable using it in an office setting. Sometimes when you are trying to add notes or change some information it takes awhile before it actually changes your screen so be patient! The biggest thing I dislike about this software is that sometimes it can take longer than expected to do things such as adding new clients. This has nothing to do with bmcase itself but rather our IT department who does not have any experience working with this type of software. If anyone was looking for something simple to use that could help them manage their daily tasks then this would fit the bill. We were able to easily create reports for our team members and keep track of everything we needed to stay organized.
