Love the wooden handle.

I already had a smaller press, but realized that just a few inches more would mean less work, so we recommend going with the largest that fits your pan. This one is perfect.

Pros

CHECK THE TEMPERATURE OF THE MEAT WHILE SLASHING - Use the meat thermometer holes and monitor the temperature inside. In the recipes included in the package you will find the most suitable cooking methods.
