Review on Talking Atomic Watch by Kesha Walker

The clock didn't work when it arrived, the second hand wasn't moving so I couldn't set the clock and the voice prompts didn't work. If the battery was replaced, the clock would still not work. I bought this watch for a special needs blind friend who has the exact same watch but it is starting to fail. He loves his watch and would like to replace it with the same one. He was so excited when I told him it arrived and I had a hard time telling him to return it. I've ordered another one and hope this one works when it arrives.
