Review on Lixada 4g Ultra-Small Wireless BT & ANT+ Bike Cadence Sensor: IPX7 Waterproof Speedometer & Computer by Johnny Pigao

Bought this device to try as a kayaking cadence sensor. I was tempted by the declared protection class IPX7, which turned out to be complete nonsense. To my pleasant surprise, the device works great for paddling, but my application definitely requires some ingenuity in terms of waterproofing. It's probably "good" for cycling as long as you don't splash water on it when you clean it. I use it with Edge 130 and it connects over BLE right away, it also connects over BLE to my Android phone when I tested it.
