Ink will randomly explode or drip from the ends

As an artist, I'm always looking for new ways to create art. Last year I chose painting as my favorite activity. Since I do acrylic after painting, I usually like to draw it so that everything has a nice, clean line. I've used gel pen, regular pen, felt tip pen (thin), and other types of pens. The gel tends to smudge, the pen sticks out leaving gaps etc. I just didn't find what I wanted. The husband suggested trying Micron. I bought a multipack at first and was happy with that, but needed something small for the details. I chose this set because of the tiny tips. They were exactly what I needed. I have uploaded an example of my pen work as I am very happy with the result. However, there is a reason for the three stars. Although these pens work great, their tips are very fragile at first. You have to be extremely careful not to exert any pressure, otherwise the small tip will disappear. Second, three of my pens started leaking. The pen in the photo was used for a full 20 minutes right out of the box. I was very careful not to press and had just finished sketching the picture when I looked down at my hand and it started to flow. I made sure to move my image and then I noticed the ink started to drip. It was very quick. I thought it was an accident. However, it won't be the first pen to do so. I've had three of these crackers in total and two have just stopped working out of probably 18 pens I have from multiple packs. I started using this brand because I could get my little outlines without smudging the ink if I used more paint or mod to seal the paintings. However, I'm disappointed with how many of them got kicked out due to issues like this.
