These are great charcoal pencils because they are VERY cheap and I love the different types and options. These are used by my 10 and 11 year olds so I really didn't want to buy anything TOO expensive. The pencils arrived unsharpened. In my opinion, the pencil and box look quite high-quality despite the low price. Nothing to sneeze really. Visually this pen looks nice and shiny and the labels are on the top of the pens which is great. So if you sharpen it, you'll know what kind of pencil it is. Otherwise there are also labels on the front of the box. I love this box front with pattern drawing and labels. I just want the box to be a little stronger as I will be using it as a pencil case. Otherwise there is really nothing to complain about. At under $6 this is a bargain and does what my sons need. They will use them in their art projects.
