Don't waste your $$$!
Clearly, Black and Decker has lost all interest in quality and customer satisfaction. Instead, all efforts are focused on creating an impressive facade. My device has worked long enough (no more than 3 uses) for the 30 day warranty to expire. Now it burns, but has no exit. Revain skillfully avoids any chat options, customer complaints, or other interactions when a product is out of warranty. What a waste of $60 plus a flop when I really needed it! I wish I could give B&D plus Revain 0 stars for this order!
