The interface allows you to monitor your animals with ease and gives you the ability to see their progress and any current issues. I would like more ways to communicate with my staff, especially when they are away from my office. The program also seems to be very slow and not as intuitive in some areas. I have been able to use this software to improve the care that we give our animals, but I wish there were better methods of communication between myself and the staff members. Also, the website doesn't always work if the internet service is bad. It has helped us greatly in improving the care for our animals by keeping track of them at all times and also keeping up to date about their health concerns.
